Our services

Task Flow Team builds websites, CRM pipelines, automations, and follow-up workflows for local service businesses. The scope, deliverables, and timeline for each project are set out in the proposal or agreement we agree with you.

Pricing and payment

Packages are priced as one-time builds unless a proposal says otherwise. Costs charged by third-party providers, such as CRM subscriptions, phone numbers, domains, and advertising spend, are separate and are billed by those providers.

Your responsibilities

You agree to give us accurate information and timely access to the accounts, content, and decisions we need to build on schedule. Launch dates depend on receiving what we need from you.

You are responsible for how you use the finished system, including compliance with laws that apply to your messaging and advertising, such as consent for calls and texts.

Ownership

After final payment, you own the website content, domain, and CRM account built for you. We keep ownership of our general methods, templates, and know-how, and we may reuse them for other clients.

No guarantee of results

We build systems designed to help you respond faster and follow up more reliably. We do not guarantee any particular number of leads, rankings, reviews, or revenue, because those depend on factors outside our control.

Third-party services

Our work relies on third-party platforms. We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, or pricing changes made by those providers.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Task Flow Team is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost business. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the services giving rise to the claim.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last changed.
